Change of major after acceptance

Hello all, I applied as a transfer student for Business Administration - Accounting major in CSULB for Fall 2018 and recently decided that I want to do the Information Systems option instead. Both are under College of BA. In the event that I get accepted, how easy is it to change majors/options? Is there a minimum amount of semesters I need to attend in CSULB before I can switch or can I do it before my first semester? Any info would be great. Thank you. Major: Business Administration - Accounting (would like to switch to Business Administration - Information Systems before my first semester) GPA: 3.78
